| I came accross this QuarterPaid in some Safe-List or other. It was the first time I saw it and it looked to me different and interesting. In fact I found this site so intriguing that I kept looking at it and exploring during that fist evening I signed up, which was last night.
Evidently I saw inside that they have been around since 2008 but now they have just launched a new system. It's kind of like an Ad Exhange. You have to surf 10 mails a day. You buy an Ad pack; I bought one for 20 dollars and that buys so many credits. You place your Adverts with so many credits, but I found on the left you can also place free ads to be Surfed. Now what was so interesting was that once you buy the credits and use up all the credits, that is not the end of your 20 dollars. As long as you are qualified by surfing 10 ads, you earn a percentage back on that 20 dollars every 15 minutes until you have gotten back 125% of what you paid. They also do this every 15 minutes, as long as you have surfed your ads for the day, thus the name, "QuarterPaid." That's why I kept looking at the numbers, although only pennies. Also, I found by looking in the left hand column that you can buy ad credits for slightly less than 2 dollars and about 4 dollars. You also recieve some credit for referrals who buy ad packs. They do use Paypal and a few other payment processors, of which you can place all of your links and there will be payment buttons for. The only thing I did not like was that some of the payment processors are not available in the USA and that Paypal charges a small percentage when you buy the credits.
